The True Relax session lasts for 45 minutes and is completely online.
It will include around 20 minutes of Restorative Yoga and 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) ideally leaving you feeling nourished and rejuvenated.
These two aspects of yoga will relax your nervous system so you may find that you sleep better and you may feel energized the next day, so that overall stress and tension will have released their grip.
