The gentle, slow movements in this class allow your body to nourish itself so that the pain of arthritis may subside, the fatigue of fibromyalgia may recede.  Gentle movement can ease tension and melt away stress so that you may feel less anxious.

If you are new to online classes do let Debbie know and together you can have a trial session to check out the tech.  It is very straightforward, we send you a link and all you do is click it!

The Chair Based class uses 'Subtle Inspired Yoga', the gentle, slow movements will be telling your body to relax and this permeates to your mind.  The integration of breath and movement allows the body to work and rest at the same time.  You will emerge tranquil yet energized.  The integrated breath work will bring oxygen into your tissues so that you may have more energy.  The slow movements will tell your brain that you are in a safe place so that you shift into a deep relaxation.

 

These combined allow your body to nourish itself so that the pain of arthritis may subside, the uncomfortableness of fibromyalgia may recede.  Gentle movement can ease tension and melt away stress so that you may feel less anxious.
