Exhilarating opportunity for women cyclists with some cycling experience to sample the beautiful National Park of Risnjak, a mountain region close to the Adriatic coast.  Join a small party of up to eight staying in the lovely and peaceful village of Crni Lug.  Daily yoga practice including Nidra and Restorative Yoga.  Daily cycling along mix of gravel tracks and tarmac; yoga on the side of the lake and wild water swimming.

 

The retreat runs from Tuesday 30 June to Saturday 4 July to align with Easyjet flights from Luton Airport. (at the time of setting up the retreat flights were £45 to Pula, £78 return)

Transfers from Pula airport to the venue cost £75 return.

There is an option to use electric bikes if preferred.  Helmets are included.

What your cycling and yoga retreat will look like:

 

Transfer from Pula Airport on Tuesday from 12 oclock arriving at Crni Lug approximately 2pm.  Light lunch followed by bike fitting and exploration of the National Park.  Evening meal and yoga nidra.

 

Wednesday,Thursday and Friday starts with an early light breakfast of fruit and tea/coffee/herbal drinks then a yoga session followed by brunch (a mix of lunch and breakfast consisting of porridge, toast, fried/poached/scrambled eggs, and baked beans).  Bike ride through the National Park of Risnjak, when we return in the late afternoon/early evening. Meal together and more yoga.

 

Saturday morning breakfast, trip to the coast and the beach.  Light lunch, transport to Pula Airport for evening flight to Luton.
